These terms cover the public website at https://empoweredminds.today and the office check-in kiosk

operated by Empowered Minds Today. The site is for general information and office arrival notices. It is

not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.


No clinical advice

Content on the website is general information. It is not therapy, a diagnosis, or a clinician-client

relationship. Do not send symptoms, diagnoses, or other health details through the public website or by

ordinary email.


SMS Terms

Empowered Minds Today sends check-in text alerts only to clinicians and staff who opt in by having a

practice administrator save their mobile number after they agree to receive those alerts. Each message

says a client has arrived and includes no client name. Message frequency varies with check-ins during

office hours. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or contact

admin@empoweredminds.today or 331-444-2505. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered

messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving services or of employment.


Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or kiosk, attempt to break into them, or enter another person’s name or

health information into the kiosk.


Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The effective date above will change

when we do.
